Noble Foods is a major producer of shell eggs and egg products, a poultry processor and supplier of animal feed for leading retailers and suppliers.

Alongside its very successful egg brand, the company also supplies branded desserts and patisseries to retailers. It operates from 15 factories and units in the United Kingdom and France and employs about 1,700 people.

Since 2000, Collinson Grant has worked with the Group HR Director and HR Business Partners on general employment law (including tribunals) and employee relations as well as on specific initiatives about employee consultative bodies and the alteration of pension arrangements. With the French business, we have advised on various contractual arrangements and on the application of the sectoral collective agreement. We are pleased to have worked alongside this market-leading company during its impressive diversification and expansion over the past decade.
