Our assignments nearly all have one thing in common – every client is connected – most typically a recommendation, enduring relationship or project.
Our business has always been ‘client-led’. In Collinson Grant a client is a person, not a company. They are someone to get to know, to respect and, wherever possible, to build a long-term relationship that will stand the test of time.
This philosophy began with our first client, a former colleague of one of our founders, who ten years later was an important conduit to larger assignments. The relationships we forged in those assignments led to other work and new relationships, which created more work. Many of our clients today know us because of a sequence of assignments throughout our fifty-year history.
