Sometimes we run a whole business or a division, or we may organise a small team of consultants to steer a specific assignment.

Our consultants have all held senior roles – some in multinational businesses – with responsibility for: profit and loss, financial/operational analysis, organisational design and the supply chain, manufacturing and operational controls, project management or employee relations and employment law.

Our staff is international. We have worked in the United States, continental Europe and worldwide. Our specialists in employment law are used to advising on the implications of legislation in various countries. We have negotiated agreements directly with trades unions in the UK, France and Germany.

We also have close working relationships with experienced non-executive directors who have been chief executives and finance or operational directors of large British and international businesses.
